Obscure, really hard to find, sexploitation drama(?) about a fictional glamorous Hollywood movie star named Dinah East, who is revealed to really be a man upon her death. Apparently drawn from the real life rumors that Mae West was really a He. It is also rumored that Mae West did something to stop the distribution of this film.
